Digital Cinema (DC) Tools and Training was established on a belief that a top quality education should be accessible to anyone who has passion for FILMMAKING. With handful achievements in and undying passion for movies, decided to take a step forward and provide education in all streams of Media.

Our Institute is a creative and training community for the media and film making industry. The courses are designed to provide media education that encourages the freedom to dream and gives the skills to realize that dream.

What We Teach
We teach short term courses that are both technical and professional. Certificated courses in Cinematography, Photoshop/ Light room, Da Vinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro are some of the courses offered to the students who are passionate about Film Industry.

Dulip Kumar M.S

Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and having completed a course in Film Making from International Film School, Paris, I have been working as a cinematographer for over 8 years. During these years, I have worked on several short films, television commercials, and also a web series. My moment of pride was when one of my short film “The Apartment” was showcased in 7th Annual World Music and Independent Film Festival, Washington. Since 2015, I have also been taking cinematography classes as guest faculty at St. Joseph’s College & Jyothi Nivas College, Bangalore.

B. Samba Shiva Reddy

Founder of Digital Cinema Tools & Training, an education startup to impart technical training in Photography, Cinematography, Editing and Film making, Shiva is an experienced cinematographer with an International Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography & Film Technology from the University of Paris, France and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Photography & Visual Communication from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Shiva works as a Cinematographer and Documentary Photographer and during his spare time, teaches Cinematography to aspiring individuals. His rich experience in wide range of Digital Photographic Formats and Budgets, Fiction, Documentaries, Music Videos, Corporate Videos and Regional Feature Films has paved way for the establishment of DC Tools and Training. Shiva has extensive knowledge in wide variety of technical aspects in Photography & Lighting departments, Film & Digital Cameras, Lenses and their compatibility, Lighting techniques and exposure criteria. She has worked in French, American, Russian Short Films, like Coin Man, The 0 Hour, Le Theatre, Immigration. Shiva played a major role in cinematography of Madonna musical tours (Live music concerts) Amul Welfare (Documentary), AP Tourism Monuments (Advertisements). Ye Mantram Vesave, Nenostha, Nevalley nenunna are some of the feature films Shiva worked on.

Naveen Indrasena Reddy G

An Alumni from National Institute of Technology with majors in Metallurgy, Naveen started his career as Quality Control Engineer at a steel plant in Mumbai. The last 6 years, Naveen has worked for over 300 weddings, which includes celebrities too. As Director of Photography and has few short films to his credit . With nearly two decades of experience in Manufacturing, Automobile, Steel, Software Development and Supply chain consultancy, Naveen Founded Pixlike Creative Works Pvt. Ltd., a media startup which has a strong presence in Events, Short Films, Web Series and Documentaries. Naveen is also the co-founder of Digital Cinema Tools & Training.

Balu Sandilyasa

With a Cinematography Degree from FTII, Pune and having a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Photography and Visual Communication, Balu worked for over a decade directing feature films, short films and documentaries. Has keen interest in exploring the dialects and visual making, cultural as well as religious practices of Telangana. As part of the final project at FTII, Balu directed ‘Vadatu Sanskritam’ a film that represents traditions of Sanskrit speaking villages. Balu travelled to International Student’s film and Video festival of Beijing Film Academy, Beijing, where the film was showcased. Also, worked for documentary projects for Govt. of Telangana, which were well received. These documentary projects deal with complexity that Urbanism has thrown at craftsmen and towards the Traditional and Oral systems of knowledge. His work got further recognized for the kind of experimental work he has done within the realm of Art Installations, Direction & Cinematography for films: Tendlya (Marathi film), Mallesham (Telugu), Banjarasangam (Lambadi), Bommalollu (Documentary)
